Was it terrible? No. But it was annoying enough to be inconvenient. The room had zero cell service. I'm talking no reception to make OR receive phone calls. This was problematic when my friend and I ordered food from an outside restaurant one night. First, they tried to call us to let us know they couldn't drive into the parking lot that was right outside of our room. The phone call never came through. I didn't realize for a while because the hotel provided complementary WiFi. So, when I finally realized I had no service, I had to go outside the room to call the restaurant back. This led to a delay in the food being delivered, but also, I had to walk all the way to the lobby to pick the food up. First world problems, I know, but still annoying and inconvenient. Lastly, there was no channel playing Disney movies, nor was there an ability to log onto my Disney plus account on their smart TV. I'm kind of surprised that wasn't an option and I think that would be an amazing and simple improvement to their rooms.
