Wonderful service by staff. We had a King deluxe room with own bathroom, beautiful large room, spacious. Heater in room but no air-conditioning. Comfortable beds and lovely soft white towels every day. Room serviced daily. Room was located on 2nd floor, so you will have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor; not good for elderly. No lift available in this hotel. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choices to choose from although a little expensive and lots of flies unfortunately hovering around the food. The cooked breakfast was cold unfortunately. Pool area was appreciated by all guests on the long weekend as Robertson was experiencing heatwave conditions.
