I have had an idea for a car rental business and have been toying with the idea of making it a reality for a while. There is just a few issue's that I have come to find with starting it. Location- This is the biggest issue. My business would be reliant on tourism/touristy places which I am currently not living in. I currently live in north Georgia but was looking at Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando) for my operations there as it is a massive tourist attraction/destination and its fairly close and its warm all year round. I don't wanna move but I feel as though there could be a real market for it and I would be able to make a decent profit/ROI. Obviously moving to start a business is a huge and massive deal but I wanna say I'm willing to take the risk. Capital- Did the numbers a few times and found that I could get it rolling for around $35k at minimum and make it work but would ideally need $45-$50k. Debating whether to go with investors or taking out a business loan with a bank.

This couple were definitely underwhelmed and we expected better bargains to be found. Have to admit that we are not the most frequent visitors to this retail outlet, but we won't bother going again. Worse - the shops lacked the genuine bargains we had been given to expect and at worse were selling dull and unexciting products but most outlets were boring in the extreme and one shop selling Uggs the Chinese assistant tried to barter with us to buy something - I'm in Adelaide not in a Souk! Best outlet for entertainment (the shop assistant was a hoot! ) was Van Heusen! And PLEASE all shops take note - turn off the music playing, it was too loud!.

Wonderful service & location. :) - The Windward passage apartment resort is one of those hidden gems, boutique in size, Its got at atrium garden in the middle of the complex which makes you feel you are somewhere exotic. The apartments are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and I was in the courtyard on ground floor but could still see the water. They are good size open plan, with a mini laundry and everything you'd want. I will go back there and stay longer. I love that view over to Bribie island - toddmrogers - Tripadvisor Lovely apartment. Ground floor friendly manager, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Beautifully clean, views are fantastic. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of toys and equipment available for children free of charge. Secure Car parking under building.
