Situated on the banks of the Vaal Dam. When walking into this home you will automatically be stopped to take in the beautiful surrounds and then to the outdoors and magnificent dam views. The flowing openness of the home, will immediately impress. The spacious open plan, fully equipped kitchen offers a large breakfast counter, ample cupboard space. Lounges and family/games room, all opening onto the large patio, will accommodate a large family with ease. Two of the bedrooms downstairs share a full modern bathroom. The 3rd bedroom downstairs is an open bedroom featuring a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The spacious main bedroom offers an open plan bathroom and vanity area. The large balcony with stunning dam views is perfect for private relaxing time where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or late afternoon glass of wine. Going onto the outside patio area, you can enjoy amazing sun rises and moon rises over the water with loved ones. The outside entertainment and braai area is the perfect setting to end off your day.

When we returned the car, we were charged 100 Dollars extra than what we signed up for. I know about 30 Dollars go for the refilling the gas tank but there is still extra 70 Dollars which are not stated any where what are they for. I am not sure that this lack of transparency on the Budget side, would encourage us to be clients in future.
