I have never seen an aquarium like it. The owners were fantastic and what they have managed to achieve in terms of set up and educational pieces for visitors is fantastic. They provided a full overview of everything - it was very casual (in conversation) but that is something I really liked, as he allowed for plenty of questions and opportunities to touch the shark and feed the Barra. He also did not speak any BS and was upfront and honest about the environment which was a big wake up call. The place is quite outdated and they are not open all the time (have to be lucky or attempt to revisit - call before hand if possible) but what do you expect? It is a 2 man business and they are doing a lot better in terms of education, value and the personal experience visitors receive than any other mainstream aquarium I have been to.
