We do appreciate being told what the problems are, or else we cannot fix them and ensure things do not happen again. In this case we must let you know what the full story was. Your tour operator did not reserve sufficient rooms for your group. Coffee Shack was told a few days before you arrived that the group needed an extra private rooms, being in the middle of high season (Mid-January) we obviously did not have any additional rooms. We did do our best to find an additional rooms, close by in Coffee Bay, which is not easy at that time of the year. We are really sorry that the private rooms we found in Coffee Bay, were not up to standard, and apologies for that and the inconvenience that you experienced. We would like to offer you two nights free accommodation in a private room at Coffee Shack if you are ever in the area again. So that hopefully you have a more positive opinion of Coffee Shack and Coffee Bay.
