Avg. price/night: R$ 697 8. 7 295 reviews Super nice staff (most friendly people in South Thailand), always smiling and very professional, although the current situation of Covid-19, which is very challenging for everybody. Beautiful hotel resort and beach, nice rooms (with private pool), delicious food... you get everything your heart desires. We definitively will come back!! Thank you! Nina, Yuna & Tony The hotel was great! The staff was super friendly and always trying to be one step ahead of your needs. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back! Avg. price/night: R$ 881 216 reviews We stayed in 6 hotels during our stay in Thailand. The Tongsai bay was our favourite, you could tell it is family run and not a chain. The food was AMAZING- the whole family agreed it was the best food we had eaten in Thailand. The rooms were massive, the beach and pool area were beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend. Charlotte Family with young children

Hello all, I'm wishing you all well in light of the recent news. I was one of the ALTs set to depart from the Los Angeles Consulate on January 9th, and though I appreciate this opportunity, I do not feel comfortable proceeding with the program at this point. I planned to go to graduate school after JET, and so I registered for a January administration of the LSAT in Japan. Now that our departure is not happening, I have been left stranded and cannot take the US exam in January. JET was supposed to be a one-year fulfillment of my desire to see Japan, but at this point it is disrupting my other life plans. Do you think I can request withdrawal without having to pay for the flight and accommodation fees? Considering the flight and accommodations have just been cancelled. I know I'll ultimately have to contact my Consulate but I'd appreciate some input before doing so. I feel awful for my BoE but personally, I feel us incoming JETs have already exercised so much patience and so should be allowed to pick up the pieces at this point.
