They don't mention on the website that the $40 covers valet parking. The room was spacious with a lovely view. We upgraded for a small cost from a standard room to a King with park views. Bathroom was big enough and clean. Staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant, Gerrill, was a delight.
