Hi everybody. Longtime lurker and second time visitor to the state. The first time I visited was for a family emergency fall 2015 and now I finally have a career and the availability to take an entire week off and come explore your lovely state. I'll be getting in the evening of Saturday, March 2nd. I will have my personal vehicle. Things I already have planned: Staying in Greenville and exploring downtown. I have family who lives there and I have accommodations covered. This is where I stayed last time and fell in love with the city. It reminds me a lot of where my parents live. Wednesday I'm going to Beaufort and going on a boat tour looking for dolphins, seashells, and wild horses! This is an all day event. Sunday March 3rd I'm going to a Clinton Anderson horse clinic with my family. (You might be sensing a theme here— I'm an avid equestrian and will be doing lots of horseback riding while I'm here). I'll also be spending Sunday evening or Monday in Raleigh with my cousin, her husband, and their daughter— if you have any suggestions of things to do while in that area.
